Workplace Learning in Informal Contexts

Abstract

As societies on both sides of the Atlantic are changing so rapidly, everybody needs to learn new things in order to keep abreast with the on-going developments. A great deal of learning is situational, unintended, accidental, that is, informal, and much of this occurs at work. Such workplace informal learning plays a significant role in educators’ professional growth. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors.
