Orientierungsversuche einer Lehre vom Personal

Abstract

Das Personal ist lange Zeit ein Stiefkind der Betriebswirtschaftslehre gewesen. Die Spezielle Betriebswirtschaftslehre, deren Gegenstand es ist, kann in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland heute auf eine maximal dreißigjährige Geschichte zurückblicken. Zwei für ihre Institutionalisierung bedeutsame Daten seien zur Illustration angeführt:
