Information systems increasingly used by companies, the need for accurate and fast information demanding the company to start using the system information. Accounting software is one form of information systems used in the company. MYOB accounting software is one that pretty much applied in the company. This study will examine the factors that influence the acceptance and use of an information system, in this case the MYOB software with TAM ( Technology Acceptance Model ). These factors include perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitudes toward the use of, interest in the use of behavior, and actual usage. And adding a few external variables that experience, complexity, and compliance tasks. The population of this study are all users who use MYOB software. Meanwhile, following the theory of sampling nonprobabilitas sampling using probability sampling methods unrestricted direct questionnaire on which respondents place between employees of manufacturing companies in the area of Semarang who uses MYOB software. Appropriate questionnaire for analysis numbered 56. This study used Partial Least Square (PLS) in analyzing the relationship between variables.
