La psicología se tiñe de ética: el determinismo caracterológico de Otto Weininger (1880-1903)

Abstract

Bough most studies of Otto Weininger's work have ma de very harsh criticisms of its misogyny and antisemitism, I want to take an objective approach to this work by paying special attention to the ideal types that make up its characterological gallery, which constitutes a clear example of constitutional psychology. Brough this analysis, I will show the true scope of Weininger's characterological determinism and, by extension, I will reveal that his characterological psy- chology is subjected to the indisputable sovereignty he bestows on ethics.
