Information exchange, rock art and long run economic growth in Australia

Abstract

The evolution of economic order as applied to the origins of the human species and to early Australian prehistory is discussed. Rock art provides more than a possible illumination of the nature of information exchange, and its research agenda is relevant to the human revolution as a whole.
