LA PRUEBA PERICIAL PSICOLÓGICA EN ASUNTOS DE VIOLENCIA DE GÉNERO 1 (EXPERT TESTIMONY IN CASES OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE )

Abstract

Violencia psicologica, prueba pericial, secuelas, dano psiquico, violencia de genero. ABSTRACT : Taking into account the importance of the psychological injury evidence in situations of physical violence in a family environment, it is necessary to show and to explain the expert testimony which helps to bring this point to an effective opinion. Several meanings of psychological violence are stated, the evaluative process used to show the existence of that kind of violence and various theories that defend the process, the victim's and its environment negative consequences and psychological / social damages, the best method to reach to a causal link of such damages, a note of the evidence credibility as a strategy to re-enforce the conclusions of the expert testimony and a study of the intervention the psychologist forensic, in the justice system. The objective is tried to achieve the best legal and psychological cross- disciplinary action, taking into account the importance of the expert testimony in these matters.
