Human Resource Development and Performance Evaluation Adult and Continuing Education Topics Online and Blended Learning

Abstract

A master's program in training and development with both distance and residential components focused on tutor-student relationships and the changing role of human resource development professionals. Evaluation showed that the program enables a variety of learning methods outside the classroom and affective learning.
