Abstract

User study applied to the Science Library at the University of Navarra, in order to know their opinion about the staff, infrastructure, services and collection. We used the method of the survey, sent via email, mostly. It also obtained the general profile of the user of this library. From these results, some conclusions are drawn in future studies may lead to measures to improve the service provided by the information unit.
