PENGARUH KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL DAN NON FINANSIAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi pada Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Jember)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyse the effect of financial and non-financial compensation on employee performance in Jember branch of BRI. This type of research is explanatory research . The samples in this study were 62 permanent employees Jember branch of BRI . The sampling technique used a sample population/sample saturated. Methods of data collection by questionnaire. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there is significant influence between financial and non financial compensation on employee performance. From the calculations it is known that the Ftest= 41.698>Fvalue 1.968 with a significance of 0.000 F tabel 1,968 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,5. Secara parsial diketahui bahwa variabel Kompensasi Finansial dan Kompensasi Non Finansial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Selain uji F dan uji t, uji R 2 diketahui nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,572 yang berarti besarnya pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 57,2% Kata kunci : Kompensasi Finansial, Kompensasi Non Finansial, Kinerja Karyawan
