Abstract

Resumen El proposito del articulo es el de considerar los mundos de produccion de las pymes desde las perspectivas de la organizacion y las politicas. La estructura economica de las pymes implica la revision de dichos escenarios en lo que respecta a su capacidad de asimilacion y respuesta ante dichos mundos. Estos son el resultado del manejo convencional y relacional que crean las empresas. Sin embargo, la estructura productiva de las pymes muestra debilidad en el desarrollo e integracion de dichos elementos. Ambos criterios deben ser apoyados desde el contexto productivo empresarial a traves de la innovacion y el equipamiento tecnologico. Hasta ahora la sostenibilidad y comportamiento del mercado definen el interes de estas. Los elementos considerados establecen las relaciones hacia delante y hacia atras entre las cadenas productivas a la par con la cooperacion y la asociacion empresarial, sumandose a las condiciones del territorio y la configuracion entre capacitacion y trabajo en los mundos. Transformacion que significa poner en marcha un proceso, nuevas capacidades productivas y condiciones competitivas de las pymes. Abstract The purpose of the article is the consideration the worlds of the SMEs production from the perspectives of the organization and policies. The economic structure of the SMEs implies the revision of these scenarios as regards to their assimilation and response capacity before these worlds. These are the result of the conventional and relational management that create companies. However, the productive structure of the SMEs shows weakness in the development and integration of those elements. Both criteria must be supported from the business productive context of innovation and technological equipment.Until now, sustainability and market behavior defined their interest. The elements consider set forward and backward relations between productive chains along with the cooperation and business partnership, joined with the conditions of the territory and settings between training and work in the worlds. Transformation which means to start a process, new productive capabilities and competitive conditions of the SMEs.
