PortSobre una nova destral de bronze de l'Alt Urgell (Catalunya) i els possibles centres productors pirinencs i prepirinencs Introducció És sabut de tots els especialistes que les activitats de localització i documentació de qualsevol producció metàl•lica pre/protohistòrica més enllà de l'interès que presenten per se, duen implícit un interès afegit en fornir nova informació sobre les característiques particulars de l'exemplar i sobre les distribucions de famílies i tipus en els diferents territoris europeus i, en el nostre cas, de l'Europa occidental.Així, doncs, al llarg de les línies que segueixen presentarem als lectors especialitzats la informació recopilada sobre un nou exemplar de destral de bronze descobert de manera fortuïta al llarg de la dècada dels anys vuitanta del segle XX en un paratge de bosc d'alta muntanya a pocs quilòmetres dels límits administratiusThe aim of the present work is to make public a new axe of bronze of edge's type with narrow middle part found by chance between Seu d'Urgell town and Andorra's border and situated of generic maner between the groups so called "Roussillonnaises".The piece is a transition model towards the Castanet version axes and is classifiable between the types 15 B and 15 C of Group 15 of Monteagudo's Randleistenbeile.We can see its typologycal filiation, and its date and the reliable existence of the manufacture's places -beside the south of France-of this axe's type in the Pyrenees's zone and further south of this chain of mountains.
