ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how much influence compensation, promotion, facilities, communication and development achievements in the workforce loyalty UPBS company. The research was done in 24 to 26 April 2012 at the company UPBS District Pangalengan South Bandung regency. Research using the rest of the company as a respondent. Descriptive analysis is used to determine the state of the company UPBS by describing the research sites. The statistical analysis used the test multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16 for windows. Based on the calculations, the linear regression equation with the model equation Y = 20.601 + 0.521 + 0.177 X1 + X2 + X3 0.146 X4 0.125 - 0.105 X5. The coefficient of determination (R2) of the regression analysis obtained a value of 0.441 means that 44.1% variation in the value of loyalty (Y) can be explained by variations contained in the compensation (X1), facilities (X2), promotion (X3), communication (X4) and development achievements (X5), while 55.9% is explained by other variables not included in the model equations. The conclusion of this study that the company's compensation UPBS has the most significant effect on the loyalty of the workforce in the company. Loyalty levels included in the category with average 73.88. Simultaneously compensation (X1), facilities (X2), promotion (X3), communication (X4), and the development of achievement (X5) is very real effect on loyalty (Y). In partial compensation (X1) was highly significant effect on loyalty (Y), while the facilities (X2), promotion (X3), communication (X4), and the development of achievement (X5) had no effect on loyalty (Y).
