Abstract

The size and affluence of the growing senior citizen market have lead travel industry professional to examine this market segmentÆs behaviors. This paper describes the vacation and travel patterns of narrow but interesting group of seniors, continuing care retirement community residents. The profile of these special seniors resembles the projected portrait of the next generation of seniors.
