Abstract

Una reflexion en torno a la problematica que arrastrara la consideracion como patrimonio de las �manifestaciones inmateriales vivas�. En este sentido, el patrimonio cultural es una construccion juridica identica a patrimonio historico. Una segunda parte conectada despliega una serie de observaciones en torno a las contradicciones que genera el binomio patrimonio/identidad.
