The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the variables simultaneously and partially variable Attitude , and variable Behavior has a significant influence onWork Performance . This is shown by the results obtained by F hitung > Ft abel ( 21,670>3,20) and simultaneous test F significancevalue of 0.000 which is smaller than α of 0.05 (0.000 2,012 ) .
