Abstract

An article on training management in South Africa would not be complete without a discussion of some of the burning issues that face ETD (experiential training and development) practitioners in South Africa today. This article deals with a number of contemporary issues, some of which are imperatives, provided for in legislation and other government policies and prescripts.
