Practitioner knowledge of and attitudes towards the deregulated therapeutic activity of hypnosis are explored. Additionally, three unique minority/distinct populations in Australia and their mental health connections are highlighted, those providing treatment in rural Australia are described, and the use of technology in support of and by mental health practitioners is studied. Mental health as it relates to sleep difficulties and culture is also examined.
