PENGARUH SENIORITAS DAN LOYALITAS TERHADAP PROMOSI JABATAN (Studi pada Karyawan Departemen Kebijakan Ekonomi dan Moneter Bank Indonesia Jakarta)

Abstract

This research motivated by seniority and loyalty towards job promotion. The aim of this research to explain the simultaneous and partial between variables seniority employees, variables loyalty employee, and variables job promotion as for the need to establish a better quality. This kind of research used a quantitative approach to the source of the data that is primary and secondary data. The total sample used as many as 65 employees in the Department of Ekonomic and Monetary Policy of Bank Indonesian Jakarta by applying technique the sample using saturated sample. The hypothesis based on the results there is influence of simultaneous between variables seniority employee and loyalty employee towards job promotion with value F count > F table (11,093 > 4,98) and probability (0,000) t table (2,836 > 1,998) and probability (0,006) t table (2,203 > 1,998) and probability (0,031) F tabel (11,093 > 4,98) dan probabilitas (0,000) t tabel (2,836 > 1,998) dan probabilitas (0,006) t tabel (2,203 > 1,998) dan probabilitas (0,031) < level of significance (a­­=5%). Kata kunci : senioritas, senioritas karyawan, loyalitas, loyalitas karyawan, promosi jabatan.
