La Tertulia Musical transforma no nomes la concepcio “d’escoltar” la musica com desmitifica la questio sectaria i elitista de la musica a partir de la capacitat universal d’interpretacio de cada persona. Tots tenim el dret d’escoltar. El dialeg ens condueix a una nova societat, obrint infinites possibilitats d’aprenentatge, deixant espai a una nova Educacio Musical Critica en aquest segle XXI.
