Abstract

Aimed at practising and trainee counsellors, this book seeks to teach how to lead. It features discussion of group dynamics for individuals who may find themselves in group-leadership positions. The authors discuss the facets of group counselling and provide examples that show how each skill can be applied in a wide range of group settings to produce efficient working groups.
