Urbanization and City Planning Housing Market and Economics Urban Planning and Valuation

Abstract

Results of a full-scale study on obsolescence in the housing sector are presented and largely analyzed. A theory of obsolescence in buildings is developped and the process of housing obsolescence analyzed. Related applications are proposed.
