Abstract

The research result of multiple linear regression analysis shows that Physical Work Environment influenced significantly to the Employee Performance in PT. Toyota Auto 2000 Sukun Malang, it ’s showed by significance t value for 0.000 , less than α = 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) , regression coefficient is 0.435. Non Physical Work Environment influenced significantly to the Employee Performance in PT. Auto 2000 Sukun Malang, it ’s showed by significance t value for 0.013 , smaller than α = 0.05 (0.013 < 0.05) , regression coefficient is 0.246. Physical Work Environment simultaneously has influence significantly to the Employee Performance in PT. Toyota Auto 2000 Sukun Malang . it can be seen from significance F value for 0.000 smaller than α = 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and it has contribution to the variable of Employee Performance for 60.1% and the remaining for 39.9% influenced by other factors that not examined in this research. Keywords: Physical Work Environment, Non-Physical Work Environment, Employee Performance ABSTRAK Hasil penelitian analisis regresi liner berganda menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja Fisik berpengaruh signifikasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT.
