Abstract

The “Dean” of library instruction reflects on the nuances of faculty attitudes on collaborating with academic librarians. Based on over 30 years of successful integration of information literacy into the coursework at Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana, the author presents a vivid portrait of the faculty-librarian relationship.
