Los debates acerca de la "revitalización sindical" y su aplicación en el análisis sectorial en Argentina

Abstract

Fo llo wing the dra ma tic “cri sis of union re pre sen ta tion” of the ni ne ties in Argen ti na, “union re vi ta li sa tion” star ted to take pla ce in 2003 wit hin the con text of the re co very of la bour re gu la tion, pro duc tion and em ploy ment. This would be de mons tra ted by three fac tors: an in crea se of con flict, of mem bers hip and of co llec ti ve bar gai ning. In this work we re flect on the mea ning of the con cept of “re vi ta li sa tion” des cri bed in both na tio nal and in ter na tio nal li te rary de ba tes; and on the ex tent of this said re vi ta li sa tion in the te le com mu ni ca tion and au to mo bi le sec tors, with par ti cu lar at ten tion to co llec ti ve bar gai ning.
