Profession contra Organisation? Strukturtheoretische Perspektiven zum Verhältnis von Organisation und Profession in der Schule

Abstract

AuszugDas Modell oder das Konzept der Professionalisierung ist ja bereits seit längerem in der pädagogischen Debatte thematisch. Entsprechend wird im Zuge von Schulentwicklungsplanung und Schulprogrammatik das in der Professionstheorie bekannte Thema wieder aufgeworfen, inwieweit in formalen Organisationen die Professionalisierang beruflicher Tätigkeit nicht nur problematisch ist, sondern—eine Annahme, die zuweilen systemtheoretisch unterstützt wird — durch effiziente Zweckprogrammierung die Leistung von Profession und Professionalisierung ersetzt werden könne. Diese Argumentationslinie kann man auch unter den allgemeinen Titel bringen „Zweckprogrammierung anstatt Professionalisierang“ und Professionen dann tendenziell den alteuropäischen Traditionen zurechnen, als etwas, was sich angeblich überlebt hat.
