Abstract

Waarom doen we wat we doen? Hoe komt het dat we ons voor het ene doel enorm inzetten en dat we een ander doel laten versloffen? Wat maakt dat het zo moeilijk kan zijn om goede voornemens ook uit te voeren? Deze vragen worden sinds mensenheugenis gesteld en liggen aan de basis van de psychologie van de motivatie (Geen, 1995).
