Abstract

The research on which this publication is based was funded by a grant from Réseau d'Equipes Intervenant sur la Question Urbaine dans les Pays en Développement (INTERURBA) of Paris, France. This kind gesture is appreciated. The publication is jointly published by IFRA, Ibadan and CASSAD, Ibadan.
