Abstract

Mein Anliegen ist, aus der Sicht einer nicht nur wirtschaftlich, sondern auch moralisch zu verantwortenden Untemehmenspolitik Führungsprobleme in einem industriellen Großunternehmen aufzuwerfen, wobei implizit auch methodologische Fragen hinsichtlich einer intersubjektiven Normenbegründung erörtert werden.
