Museums and Cultural Heritage Diverse Aspects of Tourism Research Consumer Behavior in Brand Consumption and Identification

Abstract

This manuscript reviews the growing use of manufacturing plant tours, company museums, and company visitor centers in the for-profit sector and suggests ways to embrace this strategy in the nonprofit and public sectors. Consumer Experience Tourism allows consumers to bond with brands. This manuscript suggests ways to create similar bonds with clients, donors, volunteers, politicians, local residents, and others.
