Abstract

This book has a fairly specific audience, it "is intended for anyone." It is an introductory book for managers, rather than a highly technical book for computer scientists. The author has succeeded in his goal of producing an introduction to Knowledge-Based systems accessible to a broad audience. Computer scientists will find no fundamental errors and managers should find it accessible. I would characterize it as a book your customers should read.
