July 01 2014 Values and Norms Between Design and Science Robert Farrell, Robert Farrell Robert Farrell holds a PhD in Philosophv from Australian National Universitv; his thesis published as ‘Feyerabend and Scientific Values: Tightrope-Walking Rationality’ in 2003. He has collaborated with Cliff Hooker for several years on developing a biologicallyderived cognitive model of rational investigation and he rationally investigated its application to scientific research.
