Electoral Systems and Political Participation Psychometric Methodologies and Testing Social and Intergroup Psychology

Abstract

The author of this paper uses factor analysis to determine whether there is more “constraint,” or intercorrelation, in the belief systems of leaders than of citizens. His findings are in sharp contrast to earlier studies and lead to interesting questions for future research.
