Tinjauan Teori Kepemimpinan dan Etos Kerja Islami terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

ABSTRACT Problems faced by private organizations like the Organization to improve employee performance including the role of leadership in agency leads, if the lead agency can not be a fair and can not provide a good example to his subordinates that will occur anti climax with the results of work performed by employees. So is the work ethic, is the willingness of employees to influence, mobilize and direct the action their selves and another person or group of people to achieve certain goals in certain situations. Ethos shaped by a variety of habits, cultural influences, as well as the value system which he believed. From the word ethos, which is almost close to the sense of morals or values related to good or evil (moral), so it is contained in the ethos of passion or a very strong spirit to do things optimally, better, and even strive to achieve work quality is as perfect as possible. ABSTRAK Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh organisasi swasta seperti Organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan diantaranya adalah peran pimpinan dalam memimpin instansi, apabila dalam memimpin suatu instansi tidak dapat bersifat adil dan tidak dapat memberikan teladan yang baik kepada bawahannya tentunya akan terjadi anti klimaks dengan hasil pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh karyawannya. Begitu juga dengan etos kerja, merupakan kemauan karyawan untuk mempengaruhi, menggerakkan dan mengarahkan suatu tindakan pada diri sendiri dan orang lain atau sekelompok orang untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu pada situasi tertentu. Etos dibentuk oleh berbagai kebiasaan, pengaruh budaya, serta sistem nilai yang diyakininya. Dari kata etos ini, yang hampir mendekati pada pengertian akhlak atau nilai-nilai yang berkaitan dengan baik buruk (moral), sehingga dalam etos tersebut terkandung gairah atau semangat yang amat kuat untuk mengerjakan sesuatu
