Abstract

1 Behavioral Research Laboratory, VA Hospital, Palo Alto, California. This paper, which was read at the convention of the California State Psychological Association, Los Angeles, December, 1962, was an individual hospital project within the VA Psychiatric Evaluation Project, directed by Dr. Lee Gurel. The authors wish to thank Drs. William Dobson, Roy Eck, Herman Efron, Hiram Gordon, Robert Gunn, William Morris, E. L. Struening and Robert Walker for making available data they had collected.
