Abstract

Management by objectives is a process in which the members of a complex organization, working in conjunction with one another, identify common goals and coordinate their efforts toward achieving them. Once objectives are determined and assumed by organizational units and by individuals, it is possible to work out the means or performance required for accomplishment of the objectives.
