Abstract

This report is published in conjunction with a Becta literature review on barriers to teachers' use of ICT and an initial analysis of the reported enablers.Both of these were the responsibility of Andrew Jones.While any faults in the use made of that work are my responsibility alone I am most grateful to him and to other Becta staff involved for their prompt assistance and courteous support in preparing this report.
