This chapter theorizes and critiques the processes and practices associated with ‘policy implementation’. We do so in order to illustrate (a) the impoverished conceptions of space, and (b) the impoverished conceptions of the self and subjectivity. Our claims of impoverishment are levied in relation to the instrumental convictions of ‘solution providers’ found throughout the policy scientificities of 1.0 , and too many of 2.0 , utilizing the techno-rational strategy of ‘implementing solutions’. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
