Makkelijk gedacht: over (neuro)psychologie van oordeelsvorming door de rechter

Abstract

De neuropsychologie kan alle personen die beslissingen moeten nemen, en dus ook juristen, inzichten bieden in oordeel- en beslismechanismen. In het Nederlandse onderzoek naar rechterlijke oordeelsvorming is de neuropsychologische invalshoek onderbelicht waardoor een essentiële dynamiek van de besluitvorming niet wordt onderzocht.
