COMPORTAMIENTO DE LA VIOLENCIA INTRAFAMILIAR

Abstract

Se realizó un estudio descriptivo de antecedentes y/o trastornos psiquiátricos actuales en el agresor, género y grupo de edad de la víctima. La información se obtuvo mediante un instrumento confeccionado para identificar las familias con violencia, cuestionario elaborado al efecto y test de funcionamiento familiar. Obtuvimos como dato interesante que una de cada diez familias presentan violencia intrafamiliar. Se destacó la violencia psicológica, siendo la mujer en su rol de madre el agresor más frecuente en la familia, y las víctimas niños y jóvenes A descriptive study of history and/or present psychiatric disorders in the aggressor, gender and age group of the victim was conducted. The information was obtained by an instrument made to identify those families using violence, a questionnarie and a test of family functioning. One out of ten families presents intrafamily violence. Pyschological violence was stressed. Women in their roles of mothers proved to be the most usual aggressors in the family, whereas children and adolescents are the commonest victims.
