The confluence of fiscal consolidation policies which involve a significant reduction in spending public, along with the general negative effects of the financial crisis is causing a strong pressure on public employment. This is impacting particularly on the model of collective bargaining between the labour personnel at the service of the public administrations. From this, it explains and analyzes the scope of the newly and specific measures, who have as key a common process of conver gence with the measures in the field of civil servants collective bargaining and correlative divergence of the regime of collective bargaining in the private sector.
