Participatory Approach for Post-Earthquake Reconstruction in the Villages of Kachchh, India

Abstract

2001 年の地震により、インド・グジャラート州カチュ地域は壊滅的な被害を受けた。これを受けグジャラート州政府によって立てられた再建復興計画は、3つの異なるアプローチで展開された。本稿では、これら3つのアプローチにおけるコミュニティの参加の質的・量的な評価を、「生命体システム(Vitae System)」の考え方に基づいて行う。本研究の結果は、災害からの回復力(Resiliency)に富むコミュニティの形成に関して、有用な知識を供する。
