“La voce solitaria” is a map of the stage monologue, and the \nreconstruction of its history, starting from the second half of the \ntwentieth century. There are two main lines: the enlightened one that goes \nback to Dario Fo, whose aims are to change the world and to represent \nreality; the romantic one that draws upon Carmelo Bene and is meant to \nexpress itself and retrieve the avant-gardes. Typologies organised per \nregional area and genres to follow.
