Business turnover can be continues process in any business but in the case of employee turnover, this need not be the same. Employee retirement is an inevitable affair in any organization in the aspects of Human Resource. Retirement to employee is a great intellectual loss to any organization where knowledge is major capital called intellectual capital. At the time of inducting an employee in an organization, employees possess knowledge and little or more experience. In his entire career, he used to acquire too much of knowledge and experience during all walk of his life as employee and as an individual. Working environment permits him to learn a lot of experience through practice, research and development. He gains knowledge through each and every move of his responsibility and accountability irrespective of the nature of the job, category of employment, whether good or bad. While he retires, part of his knowledge only protected or retained or transformed in different modes of record in the organization, whereas more valuable and most important experience has been partially transmitted and possible transmit are only left over in the organization, rest of the knowledge goes with the employee during his retirement along with him. After every employees retirement every organization faces so many challenges to fill the gab either as manpower filling or knowledge filling. To meet out this gab knowledge management implementation is the only management concept that can fulfill this vacuum. But implementing knowledge management itself is a great challenge, that too successfully implementing the same is also a challenging challenge. In these aspects aerospace industry is not an exception. In aerospace industry, knowledge is the major raw material for further innovation and execution of the industry, where retirement of experienced employee is also inevitable and the consequences are too costly affair.
