Abstract

This chapter deals with termination, price reduction, damages, and interest. It addresses the definition and regulation of these remedies in the proposed Common European Sales Law (CESL), the Draft Common Frame of Reference (DCFR), English law, and German law. It also discusses the accumulation of remedies, the possible choice between them, and the impact of adopting these proposed regimes on national law.
