espanolEste articulo examina cambios recientes en el Derecho colectivo italiano del Trabajo. Tras el shock producido por el caso Fiat, las relaciones industriales italianas cambiaron profundamente en los anos siguientes. El caracter principal de este cambio puede resumirse como sigue: Primero, la negociacion colectiva se esta desplazando hacia un sistema descentralizado ; Segundo, el sistema italiano de relaciones industriales esta haciendose mas y mas regulado, junto con la creciente importancia de la exigencia del cumplimiento de los convenios colectivos ; Tercero, el convenio colectivo juega un papel creciente en la regulacion de la huelga. Es dificil expresar una opinion definitiva, pero parece estar en construccion un nuevo Derecho de las relaciones laborales colectivas EnglishThis article examines recent changes in Italian collective labour law. After the shock produced by the case Fiat, Italian industrial relations deeply changed in the next years. The main character of this change can be summarized as follows: First, collective bargaining is switching towards a decentralized system ; Second, Italian industrial relations system in going to be more and more regulated, together with the increasing importance of the collective agreements enforcement; Third, the collective agreement plays an increasing role in strike regulation. It is hard to express a final opinion, but a new collective labour relations law seems to be under construction.
