In this work we examine three current proposals that intend to achieve the conceptual unification of psychology. These proposals are based on the assumption that this unification must be achieved on the base of a theoretical system or a metatheory from other scientific field: the psychological behaviorism of A. Staats, the Tree of Knowledge by G. Henriques and the evolutionary psychology in the perspective of D. Buss. Key words Unification Metatheory Behaviorism Evolutionism
