The uniqueness of the context in which Vygotsky’s work was produced, along with the characteristics of building a complex work, open and unfinished, have accentuated the way in which it was interpreted and how its receptors have embraced it. In this line of work, we have been conducting a research, identifying and analyzing how Vygotsky’s ideas were used in both written and oral productions. Our goal is to be able to identify the context in which his work was received, which ideas were most widely used, which concepts were the ones that have been largely taken by academics and which theoretical lines lye behind this decisions. In this paper, we present transcripts of an interview with an exponent of one of the early receivers of Vygotsky’s work in our local environment, hoping that it will show the live, narrative and meaningful history in the words of one of Argentinian psychology pioneers. Key words Reception context, Narrative, Apropiation, Vigotsky
