Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan: untuk mengetahui lingkungan kerja pada perusahaan “HD FINANCE”., untuk mengetahui kinerja karyawan kerja pada perusahaan “HD FINANCE”., untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan”HD FINANCE” Sampel dalam penelitian ini ada 34 orang karyawan. Data lingkungan kerja dan kinerja karyawan diambil dengan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan kerja mempunyai hubungan sekaligus pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan “HD FINANCE”. Terdapat beda pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada “HD FINANCE”. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan Abstract: This study aims : to know the work environment at the company “HD FINANCE”. To determine the performance of employees working in the company “HD FINANCE”. To determine whether there is the influence of the work environment on the performance of employees in the company “HD FINANCE” The sample in this study there were 34 employees. Work environment and employee performance is taken by questionnaire. The results showed that the working environment has relationships and a positive influence on the performance of employees in the company “HD FINANCE”.
