Abstract

漢朝奠定了中國歷史上的帝國基礎。對此，還很少加以研究，尤其在外交關 係領域上。在西漢，漢與匈奴的關係形成了漢外交政策的核心。因為缺乏匈 奴寫的歷史文本，所以對歷史的研究只能以漢寫的史書為基礎。通常人們只 看《史記》、《漢書》及《後漢書》的“匈奴列傳”而沒有用其它卷來與 “匈奴列傳”進行對比°客觀地從歷史和新發掘的考古資料來看漢與匈奴的 關係：漢與匈奴同是民族，兩者相互影響。
