In recent years,the study of organizational psychology has made fruitful achievements.At the same time,some scholars pay attention to the values of organizational psychology(organizational psychology as a profession),the values of organizational psychology refers to the values of practitioners and scientists of organizational psychology,it is the social judgment about benefits brought by professional activities.Someone advocate the Scientist-Practitioner(S-P) model to describe the values of organizational psychology.Utilitarianism has been found in the values of organizational psychology.Communication and co-operation aren't very well between practitioners and scientists,and we don't aware the importance of humanist values.
